Balancing day-to-day parenting with Tyson alongside his boxing career, she is open about the stresses that go along with all the travel, fun and excitement. Paris, the wife of Tyson, recounts her history of growing up in a "Traveller" community, which is a "Gypsy" community. Now a mum herself, Paris shares six children with her husband Tyson, who she has been married to since 2009. Finding time for herself too, Paris's incredible can-do, ready-for-anything attitude is a real inspiration to us all.

The book details how the marraige survived an unsurvivable predicament, what she did right and more importantly what she did wrong. Paris, who recently showed off her son's gold crib on social media, cut a chic figure in black leggings and a white blouse, paired with a check blazer and trainers for the outing. I loved reading about the gypsy lifestyle but also loved reading about hers and Tysons relationship. One thing I really liked about this book was learning about the traditional Traveller ways of life, their traditions, and the expectations of those in this lifestyle. As a family they know they can be judged because of their traveller background but they don't let that get them down, they ignore the taunts they are sometimes faced with and they carry on as normal.

Having found an outfit, she later shared a clip showing how she curls her hair as she told fans she was "excited" for her book signing. Opening up in her new memoir, Paris, 31, shared the tough start to life her older sibling had and how Romain's condition taught her just how important it is to "support and protect" family. It’s rare to hear the carer’s perspective of mental health and lots of people will be able to relate to this read. As a massive boxing fan - and as Paris suggests in the book - I picked this up to see some insight into the other half of Tyson Fury’s world.Paris, who is pregnant with her and Tyson’s seventh child, teased the news a day before it was announced. On reflection, having a sister with disabilities helped me to grow up faster, I think, certainly in comparison with other children my age. I’m also glad that this is bringing awareness to men’s mental health and the experience of having a relationship with someone with depression.

Immediately, this grabbed my interest and it's definitely a page-turner and something I was not massively expecting. This book offers an honest look into Tyson Fury's struggle through the eyes of his wife and partner. She addresses the really tough times of dealing with Tyson’s fluctuating moods and eventual breakdown and diagnoses. I am not a huge boxing fan, but when Tyson started openly speaking about Mental Health, he caught my attention, as well as his ever supportive wife Paris. Paris finished off her look with glowy make-up and pink lipstick, and carried a Costa Coffee cup in her hand and a copy of her new book, How Does She Do it?

The mum-of-six, who's married to boxing champ Tyson, reveals how her family were rocked by her older sister Romain developing whooping cough at six weeks old - with the infection leaving her sibling brain damaged. Paris told her followers that she'd ended up making a last minute trip to a supermarket with her oldest child Venezuela, 14, in a bid to find something to wear to meet her fans the following day.I love a good autobiography and having read Tyson Fury's book, I was intrigued to discover that Paris Fury had written a book about living with Tyson through his ups and downs as a professional boxer with mental health issues. In our everyday culture it is becoming more of conversation but, not enough of a conversation still. I must confess that I already knew of many of the news stories mentioned as I had heard of them from the media but I still really enjoyed this book. Paris Fury shares insights into her upbringing and her relationship with Tyson Fury in this very personal autobiography.
