If your skin can tolerate daily use and you are seeing the benefits you want, then you can use carrot soaps every day. I recommend using it once a day at most.

On the other hand, a lot of people don’t know that beta-carotene is very pigmented. It is actually what gives carrots that bright orange color. Those are optional (though I love them added in!), and I would probably stir them in with the honey as well, right before putting in the mold. If you use mango (or shea or cocoa butter), make sure that’s melted before stirring in. Carotone soap is made of carrot extract and this is a great ingredient that is 100% beneficial in lightening the skin.

After that, incorporate the coconut, olive, and almond oils along with the honey and carrot seed essential oil into the mixture.
