Total RNA from peripheral blood was prepared for five mice of each of the following mouse strains: WT, Lyn −/−, Lyn −/− Ifnar1 −/−, Lyn −/− Irf5 +/−, and Lyn −/− Irf5 −/−. The RNA samples were quantified on a nanophotometer (Implen), and their quality was assessed using the Agilent RNA6000 Pico Kit (Cat.
